Danielle Merlo a month agoWe cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Flow, especially Molly and Jay! From the very beginning, Molly was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect apartment. We truly felt supported every step of the way. When we thought all hope was lost, Molly and Jay went above and beyond to make everything happen for us. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference, and thanks to them, we are about to move into our dream apartment! The property has absolutely everything we were looking for and more. We are beyond excited and so appreciative of all the hard work Molly and Jay put in to help us secure our new home. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares and will go the extra mile for you, Flow is it. Thank you again, Molly and Jay!
Joanna Bella a month agoI had an absolutely great stay in this community and I am genuinely very grateful for the experience I had here. Adrian incredibly helpful welcoming, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. What stood out the most was how easy everything was Adrian was able to rent the apartment to me within the same day, which was truly incredible and something I really appreciated during a time when I needed a quick and reliable move. I feel thankful for the fresh start and new beginnings I was able to have here. The community itself felt comfortable and well-managed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great support and fast, professional service. Overall a really positive experience that I’m very grateful for! Thank you Adrian you are amazing.
Chris Calle 2 months agoI’ve lived at Flow Miami for nearly 3 years, and as someone who works in the multifamily industry myself, I can say I’m a very tough critic when it comes to operations, maintenance, resident experience, and overall asset presentation. That said, Flow has truly become home for us, and overall we’ve had a positive experience living here. The apartment itself, the views, and the location within Miami Worldcenter are incredibly hard to beat. The neighborhood continues to evolve into one of the most exciting and walkable areas in Miami, with great restaurants, entertainment, and conveniences all nearby while still feeling clean, modern, and upscale. One of the biggest improvements since the transition from Caoba to Flow has been the community atmosphere. The team has done an excellent job creating a lifestyle experience rather than just a place to live. There are multiple daily resident events and activities for virtually every interest — fitness classes, yoga, sound healing, run clubs, music clubs, Bible study, DJs at the pool, wellness programming, and more. It’s clear there’s a real effort to foster connection among residents, which is something many rental buildings attempt to do but rarely execute this well. The amenities are excellent. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in any rental community, and the spa/wellness areas feel very high-end. The pool deck, furniture, and common areas create a true resort-style atmosphere that guests always compliment when they visit. The building is also kept very clean overall, especially considering the size and activity level of the property. A huge shoutout to the GM, Eyad, for his responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for residents. Adrian, the AGM, has also been fantastic and always approachable and helpful whenever needed. Nico’s attention to detail does not go unnoticed, and the maintenance team has consistently been skilled, courteous, and quick to help. You can tell there are people here who truly care about the resident experience. Of course, no community is perfect, and there are still a few areas where ownership could further elevate the property long-term — particularly refreshing the East Tower hallway carpeting, exterior paint, and lobby flooring, along with enhancing garage access/security for residents. But importantly, management has always been receptive to feedback, which matters. Overall, we genuinely enjoy living at Flow Miami and appreciate the community, lifestyle, and team that has been built here. It’s been a great place to call home.
Kate Street 5 months agoStayed here last year for a couple of weeks & just recently again for 3 and a half weeks in January. Here’s my pros and cons & honest review. Pros Comfy bed Full kitchen Washer/dryer Great pool Fully equipped gym Great yoga room ( bring your own workout on your iPad or join a class) Ice baths - if you brave enough to try !! Exercise classes available Good location near brickell, wynwood, nearby restaurants, shops & cigar bar Not far to uber to the beach Cons Not really a hotel experience,it’s more of a residence building with maybe 30 units marketed as a hotel. no phone in room,no room service, no housekeeping ( you can request it but it’s not free it’s 150 dollars for a one off clean ) no 24 hour concierge On arrival there was a strong smell of cannabis Lifts are slow & often full, never all 4 lifts working Often filled with dogs ( so if you’re not a dog person don’t stay here) Sofa not comfy & low back that you knock your head on the picture behind it. Noise even on floor 26 there is construction all around & it starts early some days sometimes 5am. Traffic noise, sirens & planes you can still hear at floor 26, obviously not soundproofed. Sauna and steam room still not up and running despite looking finished No extractor fan in kitchen. No TV in bedroom No furniture in balcony. If you staying here be mindful it’s more of a Airbnb then a hotel, we also bought extra things in target like clothes hangers as there were very few & a kettle, toilet brush & bleach & toilet rolls. When you stay here for longer you notice all the extra things are needed, could really do with a much bigger bin too as that tiny bin under the sink isn’t sufficient especially when cooking.
S Smith 5 months agoBeautiful space and a nice break away from Miami Beach. Everyone I met was professional and the common space was clean and nice! The rooms are on Airbnb, so an option for short stay. This is a great place to host an event. The location is great Sephora is near, there are healthy food options and Ross is around the corner. This location is emerging.
