Leasing Agent Kenny is by far one of the best interaction with a leasing agent we ever had! While looking for a home I was greeted with a smile, he was very detailed and transparent, with the cost of living for one of the homes. Made sure we didn’t miss out on anything the community has to offer such as the pool and gym. He was also very considerate with my well being as it has been extremely hot lately, he offered me a bottle of cold water to combat the heat and made sure I was cooled and hydrated during the tour! What a great experience overall and Staff all greeted me with a smile. Thank you for a great tour experience Kenny! Highly Recommend

I had an excellent experience working with Terri, the leasing manager, during my move to a new city. Relocating can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Terri was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. What stood out most was how easy she made the transition feel. From the initial inquiry to move-in day, everything was organized, efficient, and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about residents having a positive experience. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend working with her to anyone considering moving here.

From the moment my daughter & I walked into Camden we felt so at home. The tenants were all so friendly & polite. Our leasing agent Terri Lipscomb Nieves was a true professional. She exudes enthusiasm, a can do attitude, patience (needed for a first time renter!) and great communication skills. She truly went above and beyond and reiterated several times “do not hesitate to call with questions” or if my daughter needed anything. Terri is a pro & I believe a very strong assist to Camden Brickell. How lucky were we to cross paths with her?!

Terri is an amazing leasing consultant at Camden Brickell.She was very flexible rescheduling last minute our first meeting as we got there earlier. She went above and beyond showing us all of our options and answered all of our questions. The following days she promptly replied to all of my emails and calls with follow up questions. We ended up renting the apartment. Terri and the rest of the leasing team still helps me with everything I need. They are all very nice, professional and friendly.
