Loved my time at B1st (21 months). You don’t feel like a number here because of its size and incredibly responsive management and maintenance crews. Jacquie and Sharon (managers) are lovely, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help. Ignacio (building engineer) — the best! All doormen/women are terrific. Common areas always clean or being cleaned. Elevators, garages, pool areas always in good order. Neighbors/tenants are by and large courteous, respectful, conscientious; demographically eclectic and mostly professional. Very pet friendly. A safe inviting oasis in the middle of busy Brickell. If I weren’t moving to Philadelphia, I’d have re-signed my lease without a thought. Will miss the building and the people!

Best building in Miami! From the leasing team to the front desk, maintenance, and management teams, it really doesn’t get any better than Brickell First. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful and always kept in great condition. The units are beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. We have had a great year at Brickell First and are sad to be leaving!

Brickell First is an amazing building, I was looking for a two bedroom apartment in the Brickell area shopped around at other communities near by but once’s I enter this community I knew it I was in the right place to call my future home. From valet personnel welcoming greeting to concierge with such an amazing attitude and professionalism. But once’s I meet the manager Yanelis Costa what can I say she is the best. The manager helped make my move so easy she was so knowledgeable about the surroundings about the building, she answer all my questions and so I applied. I have to say I have been living in the building for over 2 years and if there was a 6 star I would give it. Amazing amenities, gym opens 24 hours, Fantastic computer room full equipped , and sauna and steam room, pool with jacuzzi, this is the best building in Brickell with the best staff especially the manager Mrs.Costa. I renew each year because of her she is such an amazing person. If you are looking for amazing service, safe and peaceful place this is just the building to live. Happy to be part of the Brickell First community.

I lived in Brickell 1st for almost 4 years and had a very good experience. The property manager, Sharon, always went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She is on top of things and they have a good system of running the property. They are organized. The concierge team, Lily and Felipe, are super nice, kind and helpful - they really made the building feel like home. Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, i logged in a ticket in the Resident portal and they came same day to fix it. The building and apartments are very well taken care of. Because it’s a smaller building, there’s also a great community vibe – you feel like you know your neighbors, and it never feels overwhelming. I think it’s a great value for the money compared to other places in Brickell.
