Last Update: Lie Lie Lie, as today December 26, 2025 I still have NOT received a full refund from Atlantic Square! 2nd Update: WATCH OUT for this SCAMMER, do not apply unless you want to lose $375 even though they promised to give it back ! so I disputed the charge with my bank because they lied to me the refund has already been processed on 9/29 but they denied the dispute and sent 10 pages to my credit company BUT LEFT OUT the refund part page? WOW! So I submitted the “11” pages signed documents and they re-open the claim, they try to be SNEAKY about the fees, Also you need to delete and do NOT SHARE and SELL my information to third party, legal action will be taken against you for identity theft and damage fraud and YOU will be responsible for all my attorney fees!! Update: It’s been OVER 30 days and I still did not receive my refund as promised to return in 30days, I know I’m well qualified for any apartments and yet my application was rejected and tried to keep the money, if they would lie about a little thing , what do you expect from them when you need help. I’d avoid this place and don’t waste your time on applying. I made appointments to see this place and I put in the application on September 18, they rejected my application the day BEFORE I was supposed to move in, never in my life I have rejected from any apartments, because of their lack of communication and incompetence, I lost the deal offers with my current building and I had to move out. I paid for the application fee $375 and it should include income verification, credit and background check, I submitted everything as required, I have over 800+ credit score and over $300K investment, never ever miss a payment from rent that I lived in 3 different buildings BUT they wanted to me pay additional $250 for CPA letter to confirm my income, which is unnecessary and time wasting. They refused to pay for the CPA letter with the millions dollars apartment they owed yet they OK to lose $40k income profit from a potential tenant! Owner denied my application the day before the moving date which caused me inconvenience and huge loss. I’m glad they actually rejected me and I have found something better and bigger size. For 300sq feet asking $2250 is insane if it wasn’t the location I’d NEVER apply, this is sad that people living in jail cell size and pay ridiculous amounts of money for this greedy company. The leasing terms Wendy and Alex were great to work with and showed me few choices but the owner was the one that asking for more stuff to make you don’t even want to live there , so DO NOT even consider this place , you will regret it. Also I have called about the refund of my reservation fee, it was supposed to be refunded when the application is denied and I spoke to Wendy on 9/30 said that Alex has already submitted the refund , as today there’s no sign of refund on my credit card and I’m going to dispute it with my bank for the whole amount since you didn’t do the job you supposed to do . I’m very happy at my NEW place and I will NEVER apply to any building that is associated with this real estate company.

John, Shayla and Gerald the concierge team at our apartment complex, are absolutely amazing. They are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything that comes up. Their positive attitude and professionalism make such a difference and truly make the building feel like home. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents’ lives easier, and their friendliness always makes the day better. Overall, they’re just great people who provide outstanding service, and our experience here is so much better because of them.

Wendy was amazing at helping us through our whole application to move in process. You can tell she really goes above and beyond. With us constantly asking many of questions she was always happy to help and had no problem explaining everything multiple times. We had a few troubles with the application process, but always felt assured when working through everything with Wendy. We look forward to moving in!

Everything was smooth. At first I was a bit nervous after reading a few reviews, but for me, the process was quick & approval process was completed within 24hrs from filling out the application. Wendy was super helpful and guided me every step of the way. For me, coming from the Westcoast, being self employed and having a dog with an ESA certificate all was a bit overwhelming. Having all my documentation upfront helped the entire process become seamless. Yes, for self employed individuals you will need a CPA Letter, but that was very easy to obtain. Don’t listen to some of the reviews, just come organized and ask questions in advance. I was literally approved within 24hrs and now looking forward to moving in a few a weeks from now. For the building itself, it’s super clean, nice, modern, spacious Units, and the amenities are top-notch. Location wise, groceries and shopping for certain items are directly across the street. Minutes away from all the hotspots in Miami.
