Got invited to an event they had and when i called for information, the office ladies were just so helpful. Definitely will go again if there is another chance. Customer service from Office gals is phenomenal always so friendly and ready to help. Definitely will recommend The Camellias to family and friends.

a very close friend of mine is currently living in the apartments and the roof has mold. this issue has been brought up to management before, they never sent anyone out to look. now the roof has ripped and exposed mold, and “management” either told them to move to a more expensive unit or move out. this issue should’ve been dealt with properly and fast. having tenants live in such unsafe environments is not okay at all, they threatened the tenants with their attorney as well.

Love the Cameilla homes. My unit came with brand new appliances before moving in brand new paint and flooring. Property is clean & maintained maintenance is reliable. Management is professional and friendly.

I recently moved into the apartments the staff is friendly and helpful. I see comments about the environment but I see they do try to keep it clean, sometimes it’s the tenants that trash their own environment leaving trash and animal feces on the floor. Overall it’s a nice place to live.

To be continued now, as you told us to go get a money order to run our credit by the time we got back, our credit was already run. We was already denied. Went around the apartments after you guys denied us to see if anybody else in the Apartments had phone bills and I’m correct a lot of people had phone bills on the credit and everything else with that being said went to another management got approved the next day a big management in Bakersfield So y’all was being racist because it’s not a lot of Black people that live in the apartments but like I said, thank you so much. It’s for the better and stop giving people tours on your phone and actually walk them through because when I asked you, you told me no I couldn’t show you the three bedroom but I could show you on my phone. Remember FYI don’t worry it’s nothing that shouldn’t be seen on my phone. Thank you so much. Have a good one and our apartment actually have a washer and dryer hook up so we don’t have to share with the community💋 Thangya 🤏🏽
