I have black mold in my bathroom. I’ve been living here Since September, it is now December my tub is already cracking paint is chipping off and they say there’s a bunch of apartments that have it and they’re dealing with the leaking problem. I am 39 weeks pregnant and I have to bleach my roof with a ladder every couple days cause I have black mold growing on my roof in my bathroom of my apartment. Not to mention, my windows have been busted out with kids just driving their bikes and kicking my window in my review. Mirrors have been kicked off from kids in the apartment complex and nothing gets done about it so your cars are not safe whatsoever

the apartment complex have had us without AC for the past week since Wednesday July 17 and still have not done anything to fix it. We have called on 7 different occasions and have gone twice in person to see if they could fix it. They continue to say that they have 16 and then say 10 and then now say they have 11 units without ac and we have to wait our turn to get our AC fixed. The weather outside has been over 100° and keeps going up and the temperature inside our apartment is 94° and at times has almost reached 100°. They continue to say that they don’t have an estimated date to come fix it and that they have multiple units that have had no AC for over two months which is inhumane in these conditions. It’s summer vacation season and we have our young and older children here at home with us who are going through these horrible temperatures. The last time we went to speak to them in the management office we asked them if we could bring someone to come fix it and then they could deduct what we paid from our rent bill and they said that in these apartments it was not permitted and so before we left we told them that we were going to make a report about the inhumane conditions they had us in and they said that we would do whatever we wanted and that it wasn’t going to change anything until it was our turn on their supposed list. We would appreciate it if you could help us in this matter as these temperatures are horrible.

Well I've been here for a few years now, and the apartment manager is wonderful and has been on top of everything that needs to be done here. Before the old managers didn't do anything for the apartments and the maintenance used to do everything very poorly and badly. But now with the new maintenance everything is being done correctly.

Management is the worse!! If u ask her to fix anything, she has an attitude and it's never repaired in a timely matter! Maintenance never do their job. The gate has been broken for a long time. I know that alot of these reviews are lies! Management tells people that their is a waiting list to get into the family, but since she has been here, multiple of her family members has moved in! Code enforcement is going to get a call!!

Started off horrible with units looking as if abandoned and neglected by previous property managemen. Looks like it's heading into a more positive direction than previous years due to the improvements and dedication of the current property manager, and notices that they really are trying their best for all tenants problems and complaints in regards to the property.
