Terrible place to live. Infested with cockroch's, and extremely poor management. Had a water leak, and they wouldn't remove the wall causing mold and my kid to go to the hospital multiple times for a bacteria infection. I lived there about 5 years ago and couldn't live in the place to protect my 1 year old child. They refused to credit me for the days I was unable to live there or help cover the medical/ temp replacement cost they caused me and my family.

Horrible managed cockroach infested nightmare. I even got a ticket parking in the handicap parking with a placard. Management is a nightmare to deal with.

Not a good place to live in. Manager brian ramirez has had us with out AC for 3 days after we told him it wasnt working. We have little kids and new borns in the apartment.

Very nice respectful manager, that is actually willing to help people get a home. Very nice peaceful place.
