I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is incredibly cooperative and always willing to help. I especially love the sense of community, there are thoughtful events almost every month, from King Cake celebrations around Mardi Gras to pizza parties with the local police. On top of that, the maintenance and support staff are always responsive and quick to take care of any urgent apartment needs. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

1315 is a great apartment community, and one of the most impressive aspects is the excellent staff and collaborative environment. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes living here a great experience. For students, it is especially ideal. The lobby spaces and conference rooms are perfect for attending meetings, virtual classes, and professional calls, offering a quiet and productive environment outside the apartment. The property is always neat, clean, and well-maintained, which really adds to the overall comfort and quality of living

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about living here. From the moment I moved in, this building has felt like a true home away from home. The concierge staff is absolutely outstanding. They are consistently warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Whether it’s greeting residents by name, helping with packages, or going above and beyond to make daily life easier, they truly set the tone for the entire community. The maintenance team is equally exceptional. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and every interaction is met with kindness and respect. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about the comfort and well-being of residents. What really sets this building apart is the strong sense of community. It’s not just a place to live, it’s a place where you feel supported, welcomed, and valued. I really enjoy 1315. The amenities are great, and the staff and workers are great. Very easy to talk to and resolve issues as well. Best place to stay in New Orleans.

The concierge staff and leasing specialist are so kind and wonderful! They really treat me like family, and it’s a main reason why I continue to live in this building. Maintenance staff is extraordinarily helpful and I love talking with all these sweet people every day. They make my daily life in this building so fun honestly. 🫶
