Loude Zue a month agoThis has been, by far, the worst move-in experience we have ever encountered. We have made every effort to be patient and work directly with the onsite team, but our concerns have gone unresolved. Attached are photos of the condition of the apartment when we moved-in! It’s gross and unacceptable! Throughout this process, communication from the leasing agent, Ryshita has been inconsistent and dismissive and our emails have gone unanswered. We received an incorrect lease, and upon move-in, we found multiple issues with the apartment, including an active toilet leak, a broken stove, missing trash can, missing shower rod, broken doors and a unit that was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the front door was unlocked when we arrived to take possession of the apartment. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability from management. Despite numerous attempts to address these concerns, the Property Manager has not spoken with us regarding any of these issues. At this point, we are respectfully requesting that someone from upper management, regional management, or corporate leadership contact us or provide their contact information. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss our experience with someone outside of the onsite office and work toward a resolution. We have documented our communications and concerns and would appreciate the appropriate leadership team that can help.
Ayana Paul 3 months agoThe guy Cordell In the leasing office is amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy! I get off late and the office is always closed. I needed help with a package and he was off and still helped me get my package with a smile on his face. He is always available on and off the clock and I appreciate him for that. He keep a smile on his face and is always so kind. We need more people like him in the world!!!!!
Natalie Carter 2 months agoI want to give a huge shout-out to Cordell at The Saulet! He has such a warm spirit and a genuine disposition that makes living here a better experience. This past weekend, he went completely out of his way to help me retrieve a package from the package room while we’ve been having technical issues. He’s always willing to offer assistance with a smile. Cordell is truly a stellar part of the Saulet staff!
Antonia Bordenave 6 months agoThis is getting ridiculous every day almost theirs is trash by building 7. It’s so disgusting. I don’t know what is going on with the new management but this place is becoming a real dump. The trash has been here for two days !!! And during this summer the dumpster almost never got emptied so it smelt nothing but garbage. What is going on?
Blaine Seruntine 2 months agoMy move-in experience at The Saulet was extremely stressful due to a transition between management companies and a lack of communication. Despite confirming my move in date, time, pricing, and utilities multiple times, I was told the day of that I might not be able to move in. That alone created a very frustrating start. Once I moved in, my unit was not properly cleaned. The bathtub was in poor condition and needed to be resealed. After multiple attempts to have this fixed, I even left town to allow time for repairs, only to come back and find the work still incomplete. I will say, Rysheta & Cordell were a saving grace. She was responsive, helpful, and ultimately made sure my issues were resolved. As my lease comes to an end, I’ve decided not to renew. While the property is finally making needed upgrades (pool, fitness center, access systems), it feels like the cost is being passed on through higher rent and added fees. I can’t justify paying $1,700+ for outdated interiors like white appliances and older bathrooms. Even the “renovated” units felt minimal in updates. The property offers trash valet service, but it’s inconsistent and not well managed. Trash is supposed to be placed outside after 5:30 PM, but this isn’t enforced and pickups are unreliable. For most of my lease, there were overflow trash areas in the garage, which were extremely helpful, especially for residents with non-traditional schedules. These have since been removed, and now residents are expected to take trash to a compactor located near another building, which can mean carrying trash across the property or even putting it in your car. There are also concerns with security and convenience. The gates are not always secure, are no elevators, and the mail system has been frustrating, with packages often left out unsecured. That said, what I love most about The Saulet is the location. It’s quiet, but still close to everything, which is a big plus. Parking being included is also convenient, even though it’s ultimately built into the cost of rent. Overall, The Saulet is in a great location and has potential, but if you’re expecting a true experience that matches the price, this likely isn’t it.
