I’m a new resident and I love The Preserve NOLA apartments! Ms. Tammie and her staff made the experience an easy process. The amazing courtyard view is everything too. I highly recommend anyone seeking a new apartment home to visit The Preserve NOLA first.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After nearly three years of living here, I can confidently say this has been one of the best residential decisions I've made. The rent is very reasonable and includes gated covered parking under the building, which provides tremendous peace of mind, especially during hurricane season. The administrative and maintenance teams are outstanding. Knowing there is someone available 24/7 is incredibly reassuring. I was told that there is staff 24/7. Luckily I never needed to directly use emergent maintenance myself, only in the first year when staff came in the middle of the night because the tenant down stair had a leakage that seemed to come from my room (this is the only one time I met them in the middle of the night but this confirmed me that there is staff on call 24/7 if needed). Maintenance requests are consistently resolved in a timely manner. I was genuinely impressed when my dryer was inspected and fully replaced within just a couple of days — no delays, no excuses. The management team is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist, especially Stacy(she is the only one that I have experience with but heard that the rest of the team is also great). Every interaction has been pleasant and professional. The one area I'd note is that the surrounding neighborhood may not be the most scenic, and the view from my unit reflects that. That said, the location offers easy access by car to everything you need, so it's a minor trade-off. Overall, I am extremely happy here. I have never once regretted choosing this community, and I would make the same choice again without hesitation. The only reason I'm moving is relocation out of state for work, otherwise, I would not leave.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The maintenance team is responsive and handles requests quickly and professionally. The management staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or address concerns. I also appreciate the convenient location — close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily life much easier. The amenities are well kept, and I feel safe living in this community. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment residence to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to live.

My husband and I have lived here for about 2 years now and we really like it at the Preserve. The apartments themselves are really spacious and the location is super convenient - very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to hop into the interstate to get to wherever we need to go. Overall, would recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for somewhere to live in New Orleans!

We all have moments in life where everything seems to go wrong. I was having a time like this but Stacey Hayward was an absolute gem. She was so helpful and kind and made the process of moving so much smoother. Best leasing agent ever. I'm so happy in my lovely new apartment.
