Great appartments, perfect for college and early career individuals. Lots young professionals. Quiet yet energetic energy here. People are friendly. Within walking distance to the quarter, the river, warehouse district, stadiums, and a few blocks away from the parade routes for Mardi Gras. Grocery store and parking structure across the street. Good selection of restaurants, and social areas. Clean and well maintained building with good amenities including pool, grilling area, package lockers, social/common area and a well equiped, clean, and maintained gym. Staff is friendly, helpfull and responsive. Easy access to downtown, highways, uptown, and westbank from here.

I have been living at the paramount for more than 3 years now and I can’t see myself leaving the building. Just upgrading my unit each time. The main reason behind that other than location and amenities which are amazing, is the sense of community and integration for which the team at the Paramount go out of their way to create. So far, can’t find any replacement for such a great place to stay or a community to be part of.

This was my first apartment living in downtown New Orleans. It was an awesome experience. The staff was outstanding and friendly to all. I would definitely recommend this place to live.

This is literally the best apartment I’ve lived in. The location is across from the grocery store and next to the super dome with tons of restaurants around. The office staff to the concierge literally makes the environment welcoming. There’s also a 24 hours gym with updated equipment along with theme parties for residents to meet up.
