Nice building and amenities. Attended a party on the rooftop. The view is very nice of the city. The Clark parking garage is just around the corner and a little walk.

this is a beautiful building and the young leasing agent who toured me was very sweet and kind she did good job explaining the history of the building, and explaining where everything was,her name is yasmin she was very attentive if you ever do come check out these apartments i recommend seeing her as your leasing agent:)

I recently moved out of this apartment complex, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. The professional staff and maintenance crew are absolutely exceptional. Anytime I had a maintenance issue—big or small—I never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a resolution. In fact, most of the time, it was even faster than that. The property manager is outstanding. She and her team go above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. They also take great care in helping you find an apartment that fits your needs and budget. The parking garage on Gravier is another standout feature—it’s incredibly convenient and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a great place to live! -Zack

I have lived in this building for almost 3 years now. Sure, the amenities are truly the best in town and our rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking. BUT what makes this place so wonderful, are the people who work here. You get a corporate living vibe with a staff of genuinely delightful people who are always there to help you. They know you by name and go out of their way to make your life here as sweet and enjoyable as possible. That’s why I stay. For example, after hurricane Ida’s city wide evacuation, staff members who stayed behind checked on our apartments. They even made sure our fridges were cleaned out! Nowhere else would do that. Nowhere. I’ve lived all over this city in several of the high rises downtown and this is the best of them all. Maria is a straight up leasing management guru who is always there to listen and resolve your issues and Kassandra is the sweetest most attentive property manager in town. Straight up gems. Without them, this building would just be a building instead of a home.

Words can not describe how wonderful this place is. Just to start off it is the best view in the whole city. The roof top pool is a great place to hang out. They have roof top yoga they host as well as a yoga studio. There is a beautiful out door kitchen area as well. The whole staff Maria, Jordan and Kassandra in the office are always happy to help. They have all the information you may need or want. The maintenance man Dorsy is quick to fix any issue that may come up and does so with a smile. Even the porters are friendly. If your looking for your next apartment you must stop at the Four Winds.
