Beautiful apartment community with great amenities! The property management team is extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, which really stood out. The touring experience was excellent; everything was well explained, and the team made the process feel welcoming and easy. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Very good Amenities for residents and guests. In house Gym, piano room, reading room, lounge, conference room, 24 x 7 coffee kiosk and pool side party place with BBQ Many elevators comfortably located at all corners. Well maintained interiors. Parking at every floor for all 9 floors. Well maintained swimming pool.

I Went to check out this apartment complex not too long ago. The community manager was very responsive and helpful during my appointment. I toured a one bed and it was a pretty decent size, most newer apartments have typically the same floor plan I've noticed. This complex is located right off of N. Claiborne on Canal-- far enough out but still very close to everything. Pool area was lovely + the roof area. End up going w| a home in Treme but this spot was pretty nice! I can't of course speak on being a resident but would recommend a tour If searching for an apartment.

I stayed at 1535 Canal Street for a few months and I can honestly say I formed a personal bond with the place and the people. A huge shoutout to Jessica, Joy, Brianna, and the entire team. They are responsive and genuinely caring. The residents are polite, friendly, and always greeting each other—it’s a safe, warm community. I have some thoughts about the building & amenities: Aesthetics: Elegant decoration. I loved the 5th-floor patio—sitting there in the cool breeze with jazz playing in the background is a vibe. The Pool: Crystal clear blue water that is a joy to look at every time you come or go. Events: The staff throws amazing parties. They decked out the lounge beautifully for the holidays with cocktails and unlimited s'mores/snacks. It’s a great way to chill with neighbors. About safety: Security: 24-hour safety is real here. I never saw the front desk empty. Quality: The building is new and tough. No leaks during heavy rain, excellent pumps/pipes, and I had zero concerns about power outages or hurricanes. My unit: Quietness: Excellent soundproofing from the hallway. It is generally very quiet (except for the occasional parade passing by outside, which is expected!). Layout: the unit is pretty modern with a huge fridge and an ergonomic kitchen. Storage: The walk-in closet is incredibly comfortable and spacious—plenty of room for all kinds of shopping! Maintenance: The gym and common areas are well-maintained. Even if the elevator gets a little use during the day, it is restored to sparkling clean by the next morning. This place is really a gem. Highly recommended!

This was a terrible experience. I scheduled a tour for 9am, and the security guard informed me that a leasing agent would come, but no one did. Then he disappears. Also, he was rude. When we told him we were here for a tour, you would think he would welcoming, but he visibly had an attitude and rolled his eyes. We wasted gas and drove here for nothing. I saw a leasing agent not doing anything, but didn't speak to us or ask us if we needed help. Very unwelcoming. I will not be returning.
