I've been living here for almost three years now, and the location is honestly the biggest reason I've stayed. Being in the CBD means everything I need is close by. Rouses is downstairs, the French Quarter is just a short walk away, and on game days I can even hear the Caesars Superdome from the pool deck. The covered parking garage is another feature I've come to appreciate more than I expected. When it came time to renew my lease, Jo made the whole process incredibly easy. Everything was quick, clear, and straightforward without any unnecessary back-and-forth.

I've lived in multiple different apartments around New Orleans and this is the first one where moving out never crosses my mind. The location is just too convenient, I walk to dinner, walk to the Caesars Superdome on game days, walk to Rouses for groceries. Lived in three different CBD apartments before this - 930 Poydras is different level. The beautiful sky lobby is basically a free coworking space with wifi. My two cats love the concrete windowsills for napping. Convenient to French Quarter but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The parking alone makes it worth it but you also get an actual luxury apartment.
